National Starch: Robert M. Asselin has been promoted to vice president, responsible for global strategy and Pan-Atlantic operations. Mr. Asselin has 20 years of technical and managerial experience and previously served as National Starch’s European business director. Jan Hendriks has assumed the role of European business manager and is responsible for personal care business operations in Eastern and Western Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He formerly served as North America business manager for Elotex, a division of National Starch.
